i would say 1 670 thats around $500 so maybe in euros you could get a 2nd card.

Get an HD 7970, it's just as fast as a 680, a lot faster once you overclock it.
It also has a significant edge over the 680 in higher resolutions & multi monitor setups, so I'd definitely recommend it.
There are 3 models which I feel comfortable recommending, the HIS 7970 IceQ X2, the Sapphire Dual-X & the MSI Twinfrozr III.
The Gigabyte & XFX models are voltage locked so avoid them.

I say go for single 7970, single cards are almost always better than dual unless you're talking highest end (Dual Titans / Dual 680s / Dual 7970 / Single 690 / Single 7990).

CPU: Intel Core i7 2700K @4.5GHz          RAM: 2x4GB Crucial BallistiX Sport                   Drive: WD 500GB Black

Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G41                       Graphics Card: XFX HD Radeon 7950             PSU: XFX ProSeries 550w

Case: Corsair Carbide 300R                      CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212             Monitor: Packard Bell 24''

so if i can get two of these

http://www.scan.co.uk/products/3gb-vtx3d-radeon-hd-7970-1375mhz-gddr5-28nm-gpu-925mhz-2048-cores-mdport-dl-dvi-hdmi-plusfree-games

then i should be running 45+ fps in 5760*1080 for most games??

Well your going to need 2 them to achieve just about 45FPS in most games at the appropriate graphics settings.
