Anydesk on MiBox 4

Hi Guys!
I'm trying to remotely help my parents setup their MiBox4 via AnyDesk since it works perfectly on my old Android phones i had, i got them to install AnyDesk but once I'm connected to their device, i cant click or do anything, i cant control the device, I'm guessing it has to do with some permission or something to be able to control the device but couldn't figure the issue out for about two weeks now... and YouTube didn't help either since toggle on screen overlay didn't help either.

 

Any help will be much appreciated,
