Massive lock out

I went to use my computer this morning and I noticed it wasn't connected to the internet 

 Then the firewall was disabled

Windows defender says error 

Fresh install says an error occured

 

  Windows defender opened to reveal unwanted apps that I never knew where there 

But I can't find em 

Now it won't let me open anything that's system based like firewall settings back up etc 

 

Any ideas on what I can do
