Motherboard buzzing

Following on from my other post, I鈥檝e cleaned the board. Water damage is gone! Now, however,聽when the laptop is plugged in, a buzzing sound can be heard. However, it doesn鈥檛 sound when the battery only is in. Can anyone identify it?
