Undervolting tips!!

I have the AMP 2060 Super which performs amazingly but the temps are on the hot side. I'm seeing 70 - 78 degree's which are ok i guess but the card is a little on the louder side even with the fan curve I gave it. Can anyone help me with undervolting. Like, the basics and also does anyone know how many degrees can I potentially lose but with keeping the sane performance?
