Final help needed on PC Build

Budget (including currency): £1000-12000

Country: UK

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: The latest games, and HD video Editing

I have taken some recommendations from a previous post and adapted my parts list. Here is where I'm at.

It's for a friend and he's wondering if there's anything that can be done just to knock off £100 at least or so.

Ideally, I'd like to STICK WITH NVIDIA, as he is doing lots of editing with premiere pro as well as gaming, so hardware acceleration is useful.

Should I go down to a 2060? 3200mhz ram? Let me know your thoughts on this as a whole and what could be done to improve it.
