Is my GPU not working?

Hi guys

 

I have a gigabyte gtx1070. 

My friend tested his gpu in my pc and it didnt work, it didnt work in his pc too.

When i came back from bulgaria i out my gpu back and it says no signal. Everything is lighting up fans re spinning gpu logo lights up but no screen. I tried every slot including the hdmi but nothing.

Ive tried every pcie slot too but nada :(
