Gpu not showing up

Hey. I just finished a new build. 
rtx 2070 super

i7 10700k 

32gb ram

maximus hero xii

 

problem im running into is that my nvidia graphics card is not showing up anywhere.
its currently connected and im using it as primary display. But cant find it. 

 

Checked in device manager. Tried installing drivers using GeForce but says not supported. Not even got a gpu listed in task manager. I was using it in last build so i know it works fine.

 

i have tried so many fixes. 
Cleared bios.
reset bios completely 

uninstalled current display adapter drivers(microsoft basic)

fresh windows install

latest bios 

could my gpu be broken and still give a display? Or not seated right in port?

yes, could be that it is broken, do you have another pc to test it in?

After some more troubleshooting and formatting the drive in bios cmd and redownloading os and drivers. It as finally worked.
