Computer freezes

About 10 seconds after booting up, my pc freezes and either reboots or stays frozen. I have no idea what to do, I have done no oveclocking. I have barely any time to do anything in Windows before it freezes and reboots. Any suggestions?

The fans and leds stay spinning, the system just freezes.

On the software side you could do a system reinstall.

 

You could reset BIOS to defaults.

 

On the hardware side start unplugging what you can one by one.

front io USB, fan controllers, led controllers, additional storage, etc.

Switch out the GPU  or remove it and use onboard.

If you have two RAM sticks try them one at a time.

Check all cable connections.
