I have 3 monitors for my desktop, 2 side by side and a tv mounted above them. I have them all where I want them in the windows display settings however when I try to move my mouse from my either of the monitors on my desk to the other it wont allow me unless I'm moving my mouse at a certain speed. It's not unusable but It's driving me insane. (vid related)

I tried turning it off but It didn't solve it. I think its something to with my display settings not letting me put my monitors side by side.

For me it's the same when dragging a window around between monitors. But when only moving the mouse, not a window, i don't have this problem.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
