Hi, apologies if I say something daft, new to all this! I've read the good place to start thread, still have some questions.

I've built myself a new system (3700X, 5700XT) and playing some older games, which aren't optimised for multi-cores, is causing my CPU to spike heavily, every 10 to 15 seconds, the temperatures pop up to 85+ as one of the threads works at 100%, then (I assumed) cools off again with nothing to do for a short time.

I think an AIO cooler would help this.  The cooler I like the look of that I can afford is the newish Cougar 240mm.  However, I love my ARGB fans in the front of the case and therefore think I could install both sets in push/pull, with the aRGB fans at the front.  Is this sensible?

I think I'd need two sets of screws - is this possible? Are there two sets of holes on coolers? I can't find close up pics to see.  What type of screws would be needed?

Thanks for any comments.

tldr, you want to mount and aio rad to your existing rgb fans?

Normally AIO kits comes with two sets of screws for exactly that purpose. Use the long screws to go case-> rgb fan -> rad. then from the back side use the short screws to connect the old fans in pull.

Worst case scenario just dont use the fans that comes with the AIO and use your rgb case fans, push pull is kinda overkill I think.
