The lowest end GPU I can recommend for gaming is a GTX 750 TI. Anything lower, like the GT 1030, is just terrible value. You can run a 750 TI on a pretty low end power supply with no issues, and I'm pretty pleased with the performance of mine.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

I think your main upgrade priority should be to save up and get a new PSU

unfortunatly, he cant upgrade the power supply as it is a proprietary psu, and i highly doubt he will find a reliable one that fits inside his pc

yes, the gtx 750ti is your best option, gt 710 is not gonna be enough at all to play even some esport games, but the problem is finding one the small form factor, as they are really expensive compared to the normal sized gtx 750ti

I already recommended a new case and PSU since OP's motherboard fits in a standard case.
