First Build problems ITX machine

Okay so first build ever and I can’t get graphics to boot. Dram LED lit on the mobo. Finally got everything all hooked up and ready to go and to be honest I was so scared to push that power button and wouldn’t you know. I have tried to hook my monitor up to both the graphics card and the onboard graphics through the mobo and nothing. I also can’t get the Dram light to go. I have tried pulling the memory sticks and using memory from my other pc. I pulled the cooler off and checked my processor cleaned and applied new thermal compound, Checked all connections, pulled Graphics card put that back in. Hope my Mobo isn’t a DOA.
