New windows install, weird AMD graphics issue.

I just did a fresh install of windows on my main rig and just finished installing the newest drivers for my RX 570 graphics card.  I ran Cinebench R15 and the OpenGL test ran in a small window, cutting off most of the scene that plays.  Also, my steam games are opening in a weird window mode that I cant adjust out of.  I had this happen once before witf a brand new RX 560 that I quickly returned, thinking it was defective.  When it happened then, I installed an Nvidia card, used DDU to remove the AMD drivers and then installed the latest Nvidia drivers for the new card.  With the Nvidia card, everything worked fine.  I know my RX 570 isnt bad as It was working fine before my re-install.  Is this an AMD driver issue?  I was using the latest Adrenaline driver.  I've included photos for reference.  Thanks!

Do I download an older version of the driver or try the newest again?

Finally had a chance to address this issue. What you recommended worked and all is running fine now! Thanks!
