So i buy a laptop form a yard-sell one year go. Im getting back to it again it's a Dell Inspiron 3542 laptop and it has a bios password on it so i looked for any easy way to fix that but no luck i evan open it up to try what I have looked up on youtube but nothing any help or advice would be helpful.

oh and the service tag is J8QW712 if that helps.

You can clear the BIOS password by clearing the CMOS. You can do so by removing the button-cell battery, which requires some disassembly. The battery should look something like this:
