Computer randomly restarts with a black screen.

So the issue here is sometimes randomly every day for the past week the computer restarts randomly with a black restart and if i restart again sometimes it works but sometimes i have to restart it multiple times for it to actually boot up properly.

When this happens and there's a black screen there is power to the pc! fans are running normally and i have noticed it's sometimes happening while playing mid game the screen goes black and the pc freezes for like a second and the game crashes and after a few seconds of the screen going back to normal  and after a few seconds the pc freezes up and the screen goes black again and stays black and it automatically restarts then i restart the pc and it works again.

What i have done is.

-I have reset the bios! by taking out the cmos battery

-I have scanned my storage devices 0 errors.

-I have scanned my ram with memtest also 0 errors i have also replaced them  as in taken them out and in again.

-And none of my parts are over heating as i have kept an eye on them.

 

I'm a bit lost on what's wrong with my pc and why this is happening i honestly doubt there's something wrong with any of my parts as i take care of my pc but then again i can never know.

I would appreciate any help at all!!!!!
