Can someone please help me? I ahve a gtx 970 and in games this will happen about once a minute, the bottom third will flicker, I managed to catch this on video when I was standing still. And it makes absolutely no sense, if you look at the belts on the left they have been shifted to the center, but there are belts with plastic on them that are nowhere to be found on the screen. I have no idea how or where its getting that information from, I took this while standing still, so its not like its lagged as I walked. This is happening in every game, windows or full screen, 3d or 2d pixle art and even in YouTube videos. But it doesnt happen in Furmark which is maxing out the gpu and should make any artifacting show up, can someone please help me? thanks heaps

Is it really a GPU problem or a monitor problem?

Move the cable around, on the connectors side of monitor and GPU and see if it appears again. Trying another cable would be better if you have another
