Audio Echo through ONE person

OKAY, SO I've been having a debate with one of my friends about my mic. So as the title says my mic echos for one person. So in my group of four, only ONE person hears my mic echo everyone's audio. this only happens in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. He constantly says its my fault and that its just my issue because when i play on Xbox or ps4 my mic doesn't echo, but when i get on pc, my mic echos. I use the same settings on all three platforms and the same headset. I'vechanged the settings on my PC to make sure it doesn't echo but its either no one can hear me because my mic is practically muted or he hears everything. My mic threshold is at 6 my mic volume is at 100 and my voice chat volume is at 120. Granted we haven't played together with recent updates, but I need your opinion and insight on the matter. Maybe if any of you had similar issues and what you did to fix it? I also changed my setup to include a separate mic that connects to an actual interface whereas before i was using my sennheiser GSP300 headset for both mic and headphones. Is it really my fault if he's the only one experiencing the issue?

EDIT: He wanted me to clarify that it’s most of my game audio that he hears not just my voice. So he hears my other friends echo through my mic and my game. But it’s still only him that hears everything. Still only on COD

Are you using cods in game chat (if it has one)? Or something like discord?

Did your friend bung something up on his end?

Do you have external audio going in the mic?

Did the other setup solve the issue?

What are the audio settings for input and output?
