FPS DROP WHEN OPENING OBS

Not sure if this is the right place to write this out but i have a few question, when i try to stream and i open obs no matter what game im playing my fps ends up dropping almost half and its makes me not be able to stream and want to try it out.

the specs of my pc are

corsair h100i rgb

2060 super

1tb hard drive

250gb ssd

B450 tomahawk

144 and a 60 hrt mon
