Phanteks P400A_D Lighting

I recently transferred my old PC to a new P400A_D case because of the airflow and just better overall design then the P300.  When I switched over Phanteks included 3 A-RGB fans, so after transfering I was excited to see them in action.  However, when I went to go turn them on and change them to the "Rainbow Mode" all it did was either turn the leds dim and red or completely off.  Additionally the colors are scrambled together in some matters between the solds, breathing, radar and sparkle, but no rainbow.  I have a Z370 Gaming plus motherboard but I made sure the JRGB isn't plugged in and its the same thing, alongside that all of the H.D.D LED connectors are plugged in correctly.  If anyone can solve this THANK YOU
