Games won't load

PC Ran just fine till I removed my games. I then installed them back and once I did that I started to get problems. They take forever to load and some games like PUBG and R6S Won't let me load into any match, It just loads and loads. I verified all files of my games and that never fixed anything. I restarted my entire PC and installed everything new, Nothing. 

My specs are

GTX 1660

i5-9400f

16GB DDR4 

 

Games are on a default HDD That came with the PC and the other half on a 2TB WD HDD

(Never had a problem till everything was re installed)
