G Sync constantly turning off

Hello lads. A couple of days ago a got a new rig and a monitor. It is the AOC G2590FX monitor and my g sync keeps turning off. So when I turn my pc on G Sync will be working, but after a while, it just basically disables itself. When I enter the nvidia control panel it says that it is enabled, but, when i open the pendulum demo program, I can't even select the G sync option.

Is there a Gaming or GSync preset option on the built-in monitor settings itself? If so, select that. I know that some monitors will disable GSync if you change the preset from Gaming to Movie, Photography, Text, et cetera. Good luck.

There isn't a GSync preset, but there are Gamer1, 2, 3, FPS, etc. presets. I'm using Gamer1 and I never change it from that.
