Negative core clock. Is this normal?

Hi there. Im new to this so sorry if its a stupid question. Today i realized that the core clock of my gpu is -30. This is btw the default settings. Im running a msi 2070 super gaming x trio. Is this normal?

Should i raise it to 0? No overclocking btw, nor im planning to do

You seem to have the GPU underclocked by 30 MHz, raise it back to 0, although it won't make a difference in games (or at least you won't notice it) at least it will stop triggering the heck out of me

interesting that this was the default value! i didnt underclock it myself. So just raise it to 0? and yeah i guess it wont make an impact, maybe ill get a couple more fps

also the rest of the settings seem ok right?
