NEED HELP!!!

I got a new Samsung Monitor which supports 75 hz at 1080p and has a d-sub and hdmi.

The problem is My new laptop has dsub and my old laptop has hdmi.

I want to experience 75hz on my new laptop but as we all know dsub doesnt support 75hz. And i game on my new laptop. So want a solution for this problem of mine.
