Driver updating

So I've had some pretty bad luck with drivers for my sapphire pulse 5600xt graphics card. I had a crash caused by LiveKernalEvent Code: 141 along with many others like green screens and my computer just flat out restarting for no reason.
Does anyone have this graphics card and has a suggestion for what driver version I should get so I no longer have to deal with the daily crashing
