Being slot-powered is going to be the same across nearly every option there. PCI-E delivers 75w - doesn't really matter if your card CAN draw more... it will get 75w. The RX 550, the GTX 1050ti, and the 1650 are all going to draw 75w, but the 1650 will convert those 75w into the the best visual fidelity of the lot.

Yes the 180w power budget will be tight. But if you're using an SSD and don't have RGB+ a bunch of spinning disk drives, you'll probably be okay doing anything that the 1650 is capable of...

I currently have a hdd but I have considered swapping it with an ssd for the loading speed. If swapping to an ssd will open up the potential gpu's that will work I will get onto that. As for the RGB, I don't got any.

Also the computer is only about 6 months old but I am not sure what the manufacture date is.

Edit: I might be open to upgrading to a 500w power supply. Maybe something like this: be quiet! Pure Power 11 500Watt, 80 Plus Gold, Silence Optimized 120mm Fan, Computer Power Supply: Amazon.ca: Computers & Tablets But it would be nice to keep the original one.
