Fall guys stuttering

i know i made a thread about this before but i have some new information to share. basically fall guys keeps stuttering for me and me only doenst stutter for my friends who have lower end pc's.

specs:

rtx 2080 super

ryzen 5 3600 pbo on runs at about 4ghz

16gb ram 3000mhz ballistix sport

games installed on ssd 970 evo plus

all temps are good

 

Things ive tried:

resetting oc

clearing cmos

reinstalling my windows

temps are ok btw

moving game from ssd to hdd

trying one stick of ram

replacing my gpu with my spare 1660 ti still stuttered

ddu for my gpu

disabling anti virus

scanning and cleaning windows with malwarebytes and roguekiller

all other games run fine like gta and red dead redemption 2(fortnite also stutters unfortunately but my friends also said it stutters for them)

reinstalling the game(fall guys not fortnite cuz its too big)

additional info: (from diagnosing in discord 1 on 1)

no storage usage spikes when stutter happen, or CPU usage abnormal

 

GPU usage spikes down, but that's to be expected of a stutter

the spike only lasts for a split second so it's a very short stutter

 the small spike downward near the 41

 

RAM usage isnt abnormal, nor is network usage

cleared CMOS with XMP profile on, still stuttered

tested with 1 stick of 8GB, still stuttered

cinebench score returns as expected of a 3600

 

i told OP to try re-installing OS without antivirus and give it a go, but post a thread first to see if anyone else could find a solution before he nuke his OS

also the game stuttered on my windows version 1909 im currently on 2004. also my ping is good and i have no packet loss
