Problem with computer

This may be in the wrong category but I just want help. I suddenly started noticing lagspikes in both discord, where the sound cuts out randomly, and games where I get lagspikes. Nothing special happens in the desktop, everything is just normal. This may be connected to when my computer dropped and it suddenly frooze but I'm not sure.

My specs are:

graphic card: Asus geforce rtx 2070 super turbo evo

cpu: Ryzen 7 3700x

ram: 16gb 3200mhz

motherboard: ROG Strix GA15DH_G15DH
