M.2 help

Hello everyone,

 

I am going to install an M.2 drive dedicated to gaming. With the huge amount of M.2 options i got lost in the woods. I am using an Maximus VIII Ranger motherboard. It only says that the M.2 slot is a Gen 3.0 type M. Does that mean that all M key M.2 will fit or do i have to take something else in account?
