Crazy fan curve.

I got a vivobook 14 with Ryzen 3 3250u

 

No heatpipes present so it runs a little toasty...

 

Speedfan says some weird stuff 

 

It idles at mid 40s with fans at 1200 rpm..

 

But when it starts getting hot, the fans, according to speedfan and HWiNFO, turn DOWN to 700-800rpm...which is  WEIRD.

 

Is this a problem, or just crappy software ?
