Nvidia GT520 Underclocking automatically

So, my gpu is underclocking itself automatically, i have checked GPU-Z and MSI Afterburner and tried to tweak the clocks, but anytime i try to change my clocks and apply it, it's not changing the clock speeds, so my sliders are at

980MHz GPU Clock and 660Mhz on Memory Clock, can anyone help me?
