Create2DTexture Failed (CODMW2R)

Laptop Specs :-

 

Ryzen 5 3550H

GTX 1650

8GB DDR4 RAM (Expandable upto 16GB)

512 GB SSD

 

*Recently did a BIOS update which increased the total available RAM from 5.8 GB to 7.8 GB for some people but I didn't see any difference.

 

Also FarCry5 also seems to crash at the intro.

 

Is it low RAM issue? or is there any setting i can tweak to fix this?
