I need help with some stufff

1. I have had some trouble over locking my 3600 and In bios I get it to 3.8 GHz and when I load up ryzen Master it says 3.6 is this normal

2. I have 16 gb of ddr4 3000 ram and I have some spare money to buy some stuff should I get an AIO for better oc or should I get 16 gb or ram to get to 32 gb

i'll say no to AIO, if you want a cooler, get an air cooler

and depends if you need that many ram, 16gb is enough for most people

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately
