Steam/Anti Malware Service Executable High CPU Usage

Hello everyone, I have had this problem the past few months.

Steam CPU usage goes up whenever I turn on R6 Siege and stays that way, I explain in more detail in the video

SME Comes up whenever I'm in game and it never stops, regardless of game

doesn't look to suspicious.if you really are concerned, double check where the files are running from, re-install.

I have reinstalled it, many times
