Doom 2016 not working

I was playing doom perfectly yesterday, but when I logged on today it was stuck at 24hz. I tried turning on/off v sync, but it also changes my desktop refresh rate.
I have a Zowie XL2411P,
Specs: RX 5700 xt, Ryzen 3600, 16gb ram

I have refresh rate on 144, then when I go into game it gets changed to 24hz, and when I alt tab it stays at 24hz and I need to manually change it

Im not on nvidia, but I set vertical sync to off unless application says so.

Set to 144Hz.
