should i need  a bigger power supply for a 7770 video card

700 watts is huge for yout setup. Don't stress. ;)

You can if you want to but there's no reason why it's necessary.

Yeah 700watts is more then what you need you are all set with that.

A 700W PSU can easily run two-way SLI on all the cards that I know of.
