should i need  a bigger power supply for a 7770 video card
 

mid tower case

AMD 1055T 2.80GHZ WATER COOLING TURBO ON NOT OVERCLOCKED

GIGABYTE GA-770T-USB3
KINGSTON HYPERX from 8gb to upgrading to 16

700 watts is huge for yout setup. Don't stress. ;)

700w can run your gpu. This psu could even run a 7950.
