GPU Driver Issue

So I just installed a used fully working GTX950 from an old pc to a new one, the pc booted fine without the drivers (getting error 32 when i run dxdiag) but when i install the drivers via device manager or nvidia website and restart the pc, it shows blank screen, no display. What am i doing wrong here?
