Setup:
1 x Commander Pro
2 x RGB Hubs
1 x Lighting Node

Everything is working fine, besides the RGB of my H100i pump and 3 QL120s.

The RGB hub that came with my triple QL fan pack has a USB connector (not an LED connector like the stand alone RGB hub).

I have the 2 USB connectors (RGB hub + AIO pump) plugged into the 2 headers on the Commander Pro, but they are the only 2 that are not showing in iCue.

Before I take apart my cable management (which is a lot with 10 RGB fans + AIO), do these HAVE to be plugged into the motherboard usb headers? Seems odd that they would be if these headers are included on the Commander Pro.

If they do have to be plugged into the motherboard directly, is there anything I'm looking for in particular for a USB splitter as I have only 1 free header.

Hmm... Do you need 2 RGB hubs + Commander Pro to control 10 RGB fan and a pump? I mean, the controller included in QL fan series (2 fan packs) seems to have 6 connectors and Commander Pro has 6 connectors, capable to support up to 12 iCue fans.

Anyway, it's strange that the USB on the commander pro is not working. Maybe you can check this:

- Is the USB header cable loose? Maybe you can push in further to make sure it is fully connected.

- Test using other device that uses USB 2.0 header to see if the Commander Pro hub is working or not.

- Check the device manager if the USB hub is shown in Windows OS (you can sort the device using sort by connection to give you a better view of where the USB connection is)

Otherwise, maybe you can contact Corsair's sales representative or customer support to find out what went wrong, as Corsair doesn't really provide a lot of information on the installation procedure.

Hope this helps a little.
