Low CPU and GPU usage.

My Specs are:

Core i7-6700

16 GB DDR3 Dual Channel

Asus H110M-K D3

EVGA FTW GTX 1070

Thermaltake Smartseries 750 watt PSU.

Whenever I play games that are specifically CPU dependent I get low CPU and GPU usage around 30-50% whereas my temperatures and fine.  In more graphically demanding games my GPU usage goes up to 90-100%, but especially in CS GO And Valorant fps get down to 50 60 fps when there is a lot on screen which is very annoying. I don't if this is because of my motherboard or what? Should I try installing case fans to cool my Motherboard. In the screenshot fps are a lot higher because I'm in practice. In matches its around 100-150 dropping down to 50-60 which is really noticeable because I have a 165 hz display. All settings are low at 1440p. Screenshot

CSGO is more cpu dependant. Overclock the cpu for better fps.

 

Edit. Nvm you have a non K version, but that's your hold back/bottleneck
