EFI Shell version 2.31

A few days ago I booted my PC as normal and it wouldn't load in it would just re direct me to edit she'll version 2.31 screen. I had access to the BIOS and everything seemed fine. I searched online and I found out It had something to do with my storage so I bought new sata cables and wired them in. Still it would show that screen. I changed the data ports but nothing changed. I did more research and everyone seems to agree that it's a power issue. So I bought a new psu and still no difference. I even removed some memory as a desperate attempt to solve this and no change either. I have no clue what I should do and I just bought a brand new psu as well. I even tried booting it up using a new ssd and a fresh install of windows but the screen just froze before giving me the chance to enter the bios.

Set your boot device to being the SSD again in the BIOS.

If it's not seen in the startup options then either the OS got corrupted or the drive has failed.

EDIT: Since you tried another SSD and install already it's likely a problem with the mobo. Did you try to clear CMOS yet?
