Cpu light on motherboard red

Got a new cpu no pins damaged new cooler, on boot up all the fans spin but the cpu light is solid red any ideas

Nothing all I get are spinning fans and a solid red cpu light

Did you confirm that CPU is usable before putting that in? I would try resetting CMOS if I were you.

I’ve tried resetting the cmos and I’ve tried putting my old cpu in and the same thing happens
