[USA] Find me an wireless adapter.

I have a belkin e1000 (I think) and it's dying on me. Internet is cutting out too oftenand download speeds are so slow compared to my brothers computer. I did speed test on mobile in my room which is above the room with the router. Budget under $25. Not trying to break the bank.
