FPS DROP IN FULL SCREEN

Good morning or good afternoon,

 

I need your help please, I started a game on LoL and I had fps drops until I used the borderless mod, is it software induced or hardware? I tried to install MSI after burner but I don't know what to check and the temps are below 50° constantly but I still get freezes, if it is hardware induced I have a warranty so it's not much a problem, I just would like to know how bad would it be. Thanks!
