Hi for the past 2 days I've been trying to help diagnose my mate's PC problems and we're absolutely baffled, basically when he tries to boot Windows 10 it'll freeze on the boot logo after a few seconds no matter what, same happens with the Windows Media Creation Tool, however I got him to make a PopOS Linux USB and it boots into the live environment no problem, then when he clicked reboot his PC boots into Windows without a problem. So I got him to do a full shutdown and when he turns the PC back on same issue. So we would love some help or advice because we're totally lost.

Edit: It does boot into safe mode though
