hdmi in on mob?

hello I am trying to plug my switch in to my tv and I thought maybe I can screen cap if I can HDMI in it to my pc I have a gtx1650 super and think that I should be able to plug in to my mod as in input and gpu as an input help or tell me I'm dumb and this is not possible

I don't know any motherboard or GPU that allows an HDMI video input. It was a thing with analog input a long time ago, but nowadays it's non existent. @BlueScope819 already told you the solution to your problem.
