What is the name of this Linux interface?

Hi! I'm switching to Linux and I just saw this interface today in Chris Titus Tech YT channel. I want to get this task bar and this desktop environment but I don't know their name, somebody please tell me its name, thank you very much.

@NZgamer and the taskbar? I looked into google and the interface really looks like KDE, but the taskbar is different.

Definitely KDE, Manjaro KDE look similar to that out of the box.

That is KDE Plasma. If you are talking about the taskbar being icon only, just right click on the task bar and click alternatives, then select Icon Only Task manager

Everything in KDE Plasma can be modified or customized in one way or another.
