From Sweet Google:

The Critical process died issue is basically caused when a critical component of Windows detects that data has been modified when it should not have been. This element could be a bad driver, a memory error, etc. Most of the times, this error occurs all of a sudden when users are working on their PCs.

How often does it happen? I suspect it's your memory are they all the same brand and capacity? It might also be malware messing with the Windows Kernel, don't reinstall yet, try to unplug your ram sticks and keep 2 in at a time, when the error comes back, that's your faulty stick.

Can you unplug 1 and only use 1, this makes thing easier, unplug 1 and leave one in, on whichever stick the error comes is your faulty stick, WAIT Do you have 2 or 4 DIMM slots?!

Not exactly, unplug 1 stick, boot pc, if it works right, the unplugged stick is your faulty stick, if it dosen't work then replug in the stick and unplug the other one, if it works then the currently unplugged stick is the faulty one. If both are faulty, then It is something else go ahead and reinstall windows.

If it's weirdly giving power that it's a PSU or motherboard problem (hardware not software) is anything shorted or blown on your motherboard, but it may also be a windows corruption, run sfcscannow in command prompt, if that dosen't work reinstall windows and go ahead and repost the issue if you wish to.
