VR acting up

So recently i got my rift s and booted up super hot vr via steam vr this morning and it wont let me pick anything u and the hands appear to be on the floor. (The starting scene you have to pick up a gun and i cant). The controllers are working fine everywhere else and are perfectly calibrated ect. Wondering if i need to re calibrate my controllers for steam vr? done everything so far on the oculus app. Thanks for any help.

 

Edit: i checked a play though of it and the hands are supposed to be your controllers so defiantly something wrong there. Dont know how to fix though.

Isn't there an Oculus mode in steam before you launch the game?

yeah there is but i think its just the controllers cuz the hands seem to be on the floor. But they are working in every other app and before i launch the game.

have you tried verifying the game files or reinstalling SuperHot?

Restarting everything seemed to do the trick. its working fine now.
