How do I change clock speeds for my ram and what should I check next?

Only profile 1 and disable... Sorry first pc build and Im abit slow! Scared of messing with bios!

Yes, enable the profile and check if the system is stable and running at rated speeds. Use CPU Z to validate clocks (it will show real clock which gets doubled to effective so you will see it display 1600)

So next I should install Windows and use cpu z? 

Do I have stress test or should I just run a few games and see if it's fine after cpu z?
