Budget (including currency): $7000 AUD

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Redshift Rendering (24/7)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Am putting together a powerful rendering PC build. Aside from maybe a few basic tasks like web browsing, the computer will be completely dedicated to running Redshift Rendering around the clock. Parts:

CPU: Ryzen Threadripper 3960X

GRAPHICS CARD: Asus GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER (x2)

MOBO: Gigabyte TRX40 Designare

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX (2x16) 32GB 3000 MHz (x2)

CASE: Be quiet! Dark Base Pro 900 Rev2

CPU COOLER: Corsair iCUE H115i RGB PRO XT Liquid CPU Cooler

PSU: Corsair HX850

OS will be Windows 10 and peripherals should be something along the lines of two 27" LCD monitors and a standard keyboard and mouse. Also looking to just install a simple 256GB SATA SSD for storage.

Is the 850W power supply is powerful enough and is the 3000MHz fast enough ram?

Is this a good set of parts for the task or are there better configurations considering the budget?
